Ok so for a few weeks i've been Elite Skill Hunting. I've got all 90 in Tyria and last night i worked on getting all the Elite Sin Skills from Cantha. I started off fine but when i wiki'd Flashing Blades i encountered a problem as it can only be captured from bosses in quests I've already completed and they aren't repeatable

How can i capture this skill because im pretty sure it hasn't been unlocked on my account so an Elite Tome wouldn't work right?

indeed
you have to research better
it says on wiki you can't cap it from him during the quest

you have to cap the skill from another boss and there definetely is another one.

He spawns in Shenzun Tunnels sans quests.

OK, feel slightly stupid now. I've had to read wiki countless times for this title, was going to make a mistake sometime. Thanks for clearing it up
